Rules verified against Top One Futures's own site on Sep 24, 2026

Top One Futures (Top One Futures, LLC) sells simulated futures accounts from $25K to $150K through four programs: a monthly Elite Daily evaluation, a $39 one-time Elite ACCESS evaluation with a choice of end-of-day or intraday funded drawdown, and two no-evaluation programs, Instant Sim Funded and Ignite. Sim funded accounts pay a 90/10 split with per-request payout caps, and the firm reviews traders for a live account after three payouts (five on Elite Daily), where the split becomes 80/20.

Good fit if
You trade by hand and want the cheapest way into an evaluation ($39 at any size on Elite ACCESS), an end-of-day floor that locks at the starting balance plus $100, and news trading during evaluations.
Look elsewhere if
You run any automation (bots, scripts, and alert-driven order entry are banned on every account), or you hold overnight: everything must be flat by 4:10 PM ET.

What works

  • Elite ACCESS evaluation costs $39 one time at any size, with $35 resets and no daily loss limit or consistency rule during the evaluation.
  • Elite Daily has no activation fee and lets funded traders request a payout every trading day.
  • End-of-day trailing drawdown on every evaluation and on Instant Sim Funded and Ignite, locking at starting balance + $100.
  • 90/10 profit split on all sim funded accounts.
  • News trading allowed in all evaluations and on the instant programs.
  • Copy trading allowed between your own accounts of the same program and size, up to 10 Ignite or Elite ACCESS accounts.

What to watch

  • Bots, expert advisors and automated trading systems are banned on every account, with no exception for alert-driven order entry.
  • All positions must be flat by 4:10 PM ET; no overnight or weekend holds.
  • Low per-request payout caps (for example $750 to $2,250 on Elite Daily) until live, and the drawdown locks at starting balance + $100 on the first payout.
  • Elite ACCESS adds a $139 to $359 activation fee after passing, and the evaluation must be passed within 30 days.
  • The live stage pays 80/20, starts at a $0 balance and passes exchange data fees to the trader.
  • The terms bar disparaging statements about the firm on review sites, and VPN use is prohibited.

Programs and prices

List prices as shown on Top One Futures's site on Sep 24, 2026. Firms discount constantly, so the price you pay is often lower. The rules are what matter: they are the same at any price. The drawdown shown is for the stage you buy (the evaluation, or the funded account on straight-to-funded plans); where the funded stage locks or moves differently, the drawdown detail under each table says so.

Elite Daily

Evaluation 1-step Monthly subscription

Monthly one-step evaluation with no activation fee and daily payout requests once funded.

Account Price Profit target Max loss Drawdown Daily loss Min days Max size Activation Reset
25K $178/mo $1,500 $1,000 EOD trailing, locks $500 (soft) None 1 mini / 10 micros $0 $93
50K $218/mo $3,000 $2,000 EOD trailing, locks $1,000 (soft) None 3 minis / 30 micros $0 $115
100K $398/mo $6,000 $3,000 EOD trailing, locks $1,250 (soft) None 5 minis / 50 micros $0 $214
150K $549/mo $9,000 $4,500 EOD trailing, locks $1,850 (soft) None 7 minis / 70 micros $0 $297
  • Consistency: 40% in the evaluation: no single day may exceed 40% of total profit when the target is reached, which takes at least 3 trading days in practice. No consistency rule once funded.
  • This is Elite Daily V2, sold since May 11, 2026. Hitting the daily loss limit pauses the account until the next session in both stages. The funded account is issued by the next session with no activation fee. Funded accounts can request a payout every trading day once profit exceeds a fixed buffer ($1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 by size), with a $500 minimum, a per-request cap of $750 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,250, and a rule that at least 50% of each payout after the first must come from new profit. Funded contracts scale up with end-of-day profit (for example 1, then 2, then 3 minis on a 50K). Funded accounts may not trade from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after major high-impact news. Funded resets cost $299 / $499 / $849 / $1,250 and must be used within 14 days of a breach. Up to 10 evaluation purchases per rolling 30 days, 12 resets per evaluation per 30 days, and 5 active funded accounts, all the same size. Live review comes after 5 payouts.

  • The profit target must be reached within 30 days and can be hit in a single day. Once funded, a soft daily loss limit applies ($500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,750), contracts scale up with end-of-day profit, and a 2-minute before and after blackout applies around major high-impact news. Payouts are on demand after 5 profitable days that each clear a daily minimum ($200 / $250 / $300 / $350), once profit exceeds the buffer plus $500 (buffer $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500). The largest day may not exceed 40% of profit in the payout cycle, at least 50% of each later payout must be new profit, the minimum request is $500 and the cap is $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500 per request. Funded resets cost $299 / $499 / $849 / $1,349 within 14 days of a breach. Up to 10 evaluation purchases per rolling 30 days and 10 active funded accounts of one size; the site also advertised copy trading across up to 20 accounts as a limited-time offer. Funded stage and payouts

What funded means here
Simulated funded accounts that pay real cash. After enough payouts a risk manager reviews the trader for a live account (Pre-Live, then Live); only one account moves to live, other sim accounts are closed, and a trader with an active live account may not hold any sim funded accounts.
Profit split
90% trader / 10% firm on every sim funded account. Drops to 80/20 on a live account.
How often you can withdraw
Elite Daily: any trading day. Elite ACCESS and Elite ACCESS Intraday: on demand once 5 qualifying profitable days are logged. Instant Sim Funded: whenever the payout target and 20% consistency are met (the site advertises 5-day payouts). Ignite: whenever the 5% target and 15% consistency are met. Live accounts: every 24 hours.
Minimum payout
$500 on Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS; $250 on Ignite; $200 on live accounts.
Payout cap
Per request, by size (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K): Elite Daily $750 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,250; Elite ACCESS $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500; Instant Sim Funded $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000; Ignite $500 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000. Unused profit stays in the account. No caps on live accounts.
What you must do first
Elite Daily: profit above a fixed buffer, and 50% of each later payout from new profit. Elite ACCESS: 5 profitable days at a size-based daily minimum, profit above buffer plus $500, 40% consistency, 50% new-profit rule. Instant Sim Funded: 6%, then 5%, then 4% profit targets plus 20% consistency. Ignite: 5% per payout plus 15% consistency. The trailing drawdown locks at starting balance + $100 at the first payout. Payouts go through Rise (bank transfer or crypto) and require a verified Rise account.
Path to a live account
Review for live after 3 successful payouts from one sim funded account (5 on Elite Daily), possibly sooner at the firm's discretion. Live accounts start at a $0 balance with a $1,000 to $4,000 loss limit depending on size, have no payout caps, no consistency rule and no daily loss limit, and pay 80/20.
Ongoing fees
Activation: none on Elite Daily or Ignite; Elite ACCESS $139 / $189 / $259 / $359; Elite ACCESS Intraday $69 / $94 / $129 / $179. Funded resets (within 14 days of a breach, not after a payout): Elite Daily $299 to $1,250, Elite ACCESS $299 to $1,349, Elite ACCESS Intraday $149 to $649; Instant Sim Funded and Ignite cannot be reset. Commissions $5.76 round turn on ES/NQ/RTY/YM, $1.90 on micros. Live traders pay exchange data fees, from $140 per month per exchange. No refunds.

Trading rules that end accounts

Automation

Not allowed

Expert advisors, bots, scripts, automated trading systems and high-frequency execution tools are banned on every program and stage, and the firm makes no exception for semi-automated or alert-driven order entry. NinjaTrader ATM strategies (bracket orders, auto breakeven, trailing stops) are supported. Publicly sold systems marketed to pass evaluations are also banned.

"At Top One Futures, we do not allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or Bots on our accounts." Source

Trade copiers

Allowed, with limits

You may copy only between your own accounts in the identical program and the identical size (for example Elite ACCESS 50K to Elite ACCESS 50K). Copying, manually mirroring, or trading correlated products in the same direction across different programs or sizes is prohibited. Copying another trader, signal services, Telegram or Discord calls, and group trading are prohibited, and copying between different users in the same household is banned. The help center says copying your own accounts at other firms is not prohibited as long as trade decisions originate at Top One. The firm points to Tradovate's built-in trade copier and does not list approved third-party copiers or any copier fee.

"You can only copy trades between accounts that belong to the identical program and share the same size." Source
Account limit
Evaluations: up to 10 Elite Daily and 10 Elite ACCESS evaluation purchases per rolling 30 days. Active funded accounts, all of one size within each program: Elite Daily 5, Elite ACCESS 10 (the site advertised up to 20 as a limited-time copy-trading offer), Instant Sim Funded 5 at 25K or 50K or 3 at 100K or 150K, Ignite 10. Limits apply to the whole household, and nobody in a household may hold sim funded accounts while anyone there has a live account.
News trading
Allowed in all evaluations and on Instant Sim Funded and Ignite accounts. Funded Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS accounts may not open, close or modify trades or orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after major high-impact releases (FOMC, rate decisions, NFP, CPI, major central bank statements). Violations can cost the profits from those trades or a payout rather than the account, unless abuse is suspected.
Overnight and weekends
Not allowed. All positions must be closed by 4:10 PM ET each day or the system liquidates them. Trading runs from 6:00 PM to 4:10 PM ET Sunday to Friday, with no weekend holding.
Other rules
  • Minimum hold time: trades must stay open at least 10 seconds; profits from shorter trades can be removed and they may not count toward evaluation progress.
  • Hedging between accounts, at Top One or against other firms or brokers, is prohibited, as is arbitrage across firms.
  • VPNs are prohibited. A VPS is allowed with a registered static IP and an invoice sent to support in advance.
  • Inactivity: at least one trade every 14 calendar days, or the account is permanently breached and profits are lost.
  • Churning accounts (buying many and letting them fail within a day or two) and deliberately breaching to avoid live trading can lead to disqualification.
  • More than 70 countries and regions are restricted, including Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Iceland. Trading while traveling requires advance notice.
  • The terms prohibit disparaging, false or misleading statements about the firm, including on review sites, with account termination and profit forfeiture as possible penalties.
  • Micro Bitcoin (MBT) has lower contract limits than other products.
  • All sales are final; the terms offer no refunds, and chargebacks lead to a permanent ban.
