Privacy Policy

Last updated September 24, 2026

The short version. Prop Firm Breakdown is a static website. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, analytics, or advertising, and the site sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information we receive is what our hosting provider logs to deliver pages, and anything you choose to email us.

1. Who is responsible

propfirmbreakdown.com is operated by CrossTrade LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: support@propfirmbreakdown.com.

2. What we collect

  • Nothing through the site itself. The site runs no analytics, tracking, or advertising scripts, embeds no third-party content, and loads its fonts from our own server. It doesn't use cookies, local storage, or similar technology.
  • Filter and comparison choices you make on the firm list and compare pages are written into the page address so you can share or bookmark them. They aren't stored anywhere else, though like any page address they appear in our host's request logs.
  • Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the referring page, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.

3. How we use it

We use emails only to reply to you and to fix errors you report. We don't use any information for advertising, we don't build profiles, and we don't sell or share personal information with anyone for their marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your message and any correction it leads to, then delete them. Cloudflare keeps its request logs for the periods set out in its policy.

Links to prop firms, platforms, and CrossTrade take you to sites with their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover. We attach no personal information to those links, though your browser may tell the other site which page you came from. CrossTrade is our own product, and its data handling is described in the CrossTrade Privacy Policy.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, and state privacy laws such as California's), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Since the only information we hold is email you've sent us, email support@propfirmbreakdown.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals by default because we don't track anyone. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Where data is processed

CrossTrade LLC is based in the United States, and Cloudflare serves the site from data centers around the world. If you contact us from outside the US, your email will be handled in the US.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has emailed us, let us know and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, for example by adding analytics or a newsletter, we'll update this page before the change goes live and change the date at the top.
